The onX 2024 Impact Report has been released, and Venture Unknown Foundation is proud to be
featured in the “Education and Inspiration” section for our Sweep Up the Southeast 2024 (SUTS24)
initiative.
Our SUTS24 event was made possible, in part, by a generous 2024 grant from onX through their
ACCESS AND STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM. The ACCESS program supports the enhancement and
preservation of sustainable land and water access for outdoor recreation, while the STEWARDSHIP
program funds projects and community engagement efforts that address human-caused degradation and
restore ecological health.
Venture Unknown Foundation earned recognition through the EDUCATION AND INSPIRATION
“Impact Lever” for fostering a culture of stewardship and mobilizing efforts that positively impacted
both outdoor recreation and ecological health. This mobilized effort resulted in 1,655 hours of volunteer
time and the removal of over 101,000 pounds of trash from national forest lands across 10 states!
